Receptionist SwimTastic location Auckland. Salary $20 - $25.00 per hour.

Permanent-Part Time reception come join our team at our start of the art facility in St Johns. We are a fun enthusiastic team where we put the joy in swimming and teaching.

Purpose of role this role is part of the leadership group that has designated responsibilities for ensuring that SwimTastic runs professionally and efficiently and that the company’s interests are protected and promoted.  This role is the first point of contact for SwimTastic customers and visitors, be it in person or via phone or email.  Its purpose is to provide an exceptional customer service experience.  The role will manage a large variety of day to day swim school or facility enquiries which must be dealt with in a timely and professional manner. There is a bonus perk being 30% off coffee from our in house café.

Role specific competencies strong general computer skills, with Microsoft Office suite, database and booking system experience. Experience in front of house operations. Excellent communication skills with children and adults. Role Hours and Remuneration Afternoon Reception: Monday to Friday 2.00pm – 7.00pm. Morning Reception: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 2.30pm. Remuneration Rage $20-$25 per hr.
