Receptionist Tertiary Education Commission location Wellington.
The TEC - Te Amorangi Mātauranga Matua is a small Crown agency with a big job to do - ensuring New Zealanders have the skills and the knowledge they need to ensure lifelong success to build a great country. We lead the Government's relationship with the tertiary education sector in New Zealand and provide career services from education to employment.
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator for the next six months who enjoys working in a varied and busy role in a dynamic environment. Your primary focus will be to provide high quality reception and support services to the Tertiary Education Commission and the Commerce Commission. We are ideally looking for someone to start in the coming few weeks so please don't wait to apply.
What will you be doing providing exceptional service to internal and external customers. Managing meeting room bookings. Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Managing mail and couriers.
What skills can you bring client focussed organised, detail and results orientated, with experience in reception role. Good administration skills. Proficient in office and able to pick up administrative systems quickly. A strong team player.
