Receptionist Fresh Hope Communities location Sydney.

Permanent - Full Time / 38 hours per week. Located at Rhodes Hub in Rhodes, Salary packaging available, On-site parking.

We exist to care, connect, and adventure with individuals and communities across the sectors of residential aged care, retirement living, community housing, community works, camping and temporary accommodation. We have 900 staff and together we serve 1000+ residents and customers, and 60,000 venue visitors each year.

About the role the Receptionist has a key role as the first point of contact for the organistion and is responsible for providing reception services to the relevant agencies within Fresh Hope Communities. The scope of the position is wide and varied assisting in reception duties and administrative support plus various tasks requested by the Executive Assistant to the CEO.

About the responsibilities provide telephone and reception duties ensure effective management of incoming and outgoing mail including post, electronic, plus courier deliveries. Coordinate parking allocations. Preparation and management of office swipe cards.

Manage regular maintenance of office facilities e.g. communication with contract cleaning staff, air-condition units servicing, building facilities management, other contractors. General office administrative duties – draft correspondence, system maintenance, photocopying, scanning, filing, binding, data entry etc. Provide administration support as directed by the Executive Assistant, including support with events and communication.

Promote and contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment, including active participation in team meetings, and problem solving constructive ways to assist in the delivery of extraordinary team services to internal and external stakeholders.

About you we are interested in hearing from you if you have qualifications in Business Administration or demonstrated competency in core requirements. Reception and/or Administration Support experience. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Demonstrated ability to identify customer requirements, alter services in response to identified needs, and evaluate customer satisfaction. Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritise work. Demonstrated ability to communicate both orally and in writing with persons of various levels and positions in an organisational context, and external churches, partners and suppliers.
