This leading Property management business is seeking a Reception/administrator to join their busy office and be a key members of their team. Located close to CBD, in Auburn, close to public transport this role will see you be part of a very busy team to ensure the best client experience.

Daily responsibilities include meeting and greeting visitors. Managing all inbound calls. Prioritising inquires, requests, and urgent matters. Liaise with building and facility management with any building issues. Receiving and processing orders. Ordering office stationery and supplies. Maintaining the high standard of orderliness of the communal spaces. General administration.

What you need to bring to the role experience in a receptionist role or a passion for customer service. Strong communications skills, both verbal and written. High level of organization and ability to multitask. Impeccable attention to detail. Enthusiastic approach to work and tasks at hand.
