Receptionist Randstad location Sydney. $32 - $33 p.h.

Your new role the Receptionist is responsible for the day to day operations of the Sydney CBD office. The primary objective is to provide general administrative support and services to ensure the office runs smoothly and seamlessly.
Some of your responsibilities will include serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately to the meeting room or navigating them through the office as necessary. Informing the respective staff upon arrival of the visitors. Meeting room set up/pack up, where required.
Arranging for drinks and catering for meetings where required. Arranging/handling/ receiving mail deliveries including arranging for DHL pickups. Loading/unloading dishwasher. Assist with handling of invoices and payment to suppliers. Providing office administration support.
Your skills and experience this is a great opportunity to kick start your corporate career. Ideally you are someone who has 1-2 years experience in a fast paced, administrative position. You have experience working with diverse stakeholders. You're known for being warm, friendly and personable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you. Working in a dynamic, fast paced office environment gets you excited. A "Can Do" attitude and a willingness to learn. Good Computer skills including use of Word & Excel. You pride yourself on your attention to detail and you are highly organised.
