Receptionist Peninsula Sleep Clinic location Sydney. $31.50 – $36.25 per hour.
Peninsula Sleep Clinic is looking for two receptionists to join our team to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as part of a rotating three-week roster (4 day working week). Ideal candidate has proven customer service and computer skills, pleasant manner, excellent attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
Overview of the company we are a small Private Hospital in Frenchs Forest, Sydney that specialises in performing sleep studies and establishing patients onto CPAP Therapy. We perform diagnostic and therapeutic (CPAP) studies in-Clinic and at home sleep testing and screening. We operate a busy daytime CPAP Clinic helping to establish and monitor patients on long-term CPAP therapy. Hours 23-30/week depending on shift rotation. Four day working week with a three-week rotating roster that includes mornings, afternoons and one week of evening admission of patients.
Main duties the role includes but not limited to liaising with patients via phone call and email, receiving and acting upon new referrals, booking new patients via our patient admin program for each type of study, filing, general administration duties, liaising with Clinic Manager regarding specialised testing, performing fund checks through online systems, processing admission and discharge paperwork, processing Hospital Case mix Protocol (HCP) information, taking payments, sending online form links and paperwork to patients via email.
Skills and experience excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural talent for customer service, professional phone manner and a proven work history in reception and/or customer service. Multitasking skills are essential for this position.
We are looking for a person with a great attitude who is motivated and looking to work as part of a small team. The position would suit someone who enjoys customer service and administration duties and is excited by the flexibility that a rotating 4 day a week roster may offer.
Computer skills essential Microsoft Word, Excel and emailing are essential. Willingness to learn with training provided on CCOS (patient database program), Argus (secure online messaging system), online fund check platforms, online completion of form systems. Training Provided Commence As soon as possible. Award Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2010.
