Receptionist Torenbeek Vet Clinic location Rockhampton and Capricorn Coast.

A very rare opportunity exists for an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our growing practice at Torenbeek Veterinary Clinic.

The primary responsibilities of this position include delivering outstanding communication and customer service to our clients. Managing client enquiries including health care and product enquiries with support from our nursing and vet teams. General administration and support duties such as answering phones and emails, making appointments, filing paperwork. General accounting duties such as invoicing and cash handling. Providing effective communication and accurate information handover to vets, nurses, and other support staff.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and expertise Experience in customer service. Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast paced, busy practice. Outstanding personal and professional presentation. Exceptional organisation skills. A team player who demonstrates support to colleagues.

Prior experience in the veterinary industry is a bonus but not required. We are looking for a mature person with the right work ethic and attitude and are happy to provide training for the rest. The position is full time and remuneration is dependent on experience and qualifications.
