Embrace Orthodontists is a fast-growing, innovative and established specialist Orthodontist with 3 locations across Canberra. You will be working alongside a group of specialists managing a busy reception reporting to the reception coordinator. The role is full-time Monday to Friday (office hours). Option for full-time 4-day roster once trained.

Duties will include but not limited to meet and greet patients. Answer calls when needed. Process payments and manage patient accounts. Handle patient appointments, accounts and records. Ensure procedures are followed correctly. Managing the recall system.

Successful Applicants will have the following have exceptional organisational and communication skills. Have a professional presentation. Be caring and “patient focused” ensuring service and personalised patient care is a priority. Understanding of the dental industry preferred but not a necessity. Computer literate with experience using any dental software package highly regarded.
