The role the Junction Works is offering an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about all things administration with a front line role as our new Receptionist. This full time role will see you working alongside all teams within The Junction Works.

Some of your key areas of involvement will include (but will not be limited to) positively and enthusiastically represent The Junction Works in dealing with all customers, including staff, participants, suppliers and guests both on the phone and in person.

Providing a high level of service to all customers at each touchpoint. Provide reliable reception services by answering telephone calls in a prompt and professional manner, accurately relaying messages, managing incoming and outgoing mail and various booking systems. General office administration duties including helping to maintain office cleanliness. Contribute positively as part of a team, assisting with various tasks as required.

Our Ideal Candidate possesses to be successful in this role you will be a vivacious and energetic professional with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will be reliable, friendly and open to helping out all areas of the business as required.

You will require the following qualifications qualification/s in Business Administration or related field. Demonstrated experience in a high paced reception position. Professional presentation and engaging phone manner. A ‘can-do’ attitude with a proactive outlook on work. Demonstrated administrative skills, including MS Office and typing skills.

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to highly organised with effective time management skills including the ability to prioritise work to meet often conflicting deadlines. An open and creative mindset – new and innovative ideas are encouraged. Current NSW Drivers Licence. This role is Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm at our office in Australia.
