The role this role is suited to a very well-presented, well-spoken customer service and administration professional. You’ll be the face of Chelsea Cosmetics as you welcome all clients to the Chelsea Cosmetics Clinic.

Your primary role will be to oversee the running of the reception area. You’ll also be responsible for managing our Private Facebook Instagram, coordination and confirmation of client’s bookings and rebooking, as well as administrative and reception duties.

As the face of the company, the Receptionist will be situated on the front desk. Your duties will include, but are not limited to handling incoming calls for clients, emails, client’s voicemails, and faxes. Keeping the rooms tidy and clean after consultation. Social media - management of Chelsea Cosmetics Facebook and Instagram posts and enquiries.

Managing our clients booking, taking clients before and after photos, replying enquiry leads and clients emails. Receiving Eftpos payments & dealing with couriers. Rebooking of treatments and cross promoting. General office administration including data entry & banking, posting of ordered products, response to online enquiries. Previous experience in a similar role in the Beauty/Aesthetics/Medical field is highly regarded.

Hours Secure Employment - Permanent Part-Time, 22-30 hours per week. Tuesday to Friday from 9am – 5pm. Saturday from 9 – 1 pm. Remuneration $25 - $30+ per hour (negotiable based on skills & experience and reviewed regularly). Incentive applies on sales of products and services. Location: 2/114 James Street, Templestowe, VIC – Free parking for all staff

Essential attributes previous Reception & Administrative experience (ideally related to Beauty/Cosmetic Injectables/Skin/Medical). A genuine interest in Cosmetic injectables and skin treatments. The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously. Strong communications skills, both verbal and written. Outstanding time management and organisational skills. Proficient in Excel & Outlook and computer savvy. Corporate presentation and manner required. Social media awareness is desirable. Medical soft ware awareness is desirable.
