Receptionist Procare location Auckland.

Permanent Full-time. Integral customer service and client liaison role in an innovative and supportive mental health and wellbeing service. Working within a Stepped Model of Care we offer brief and targeted talking therapy interventions as well as a range of other service options (including ACC, school-based health services, parenting programmes) across our Fresh Minds centres and in GP practices.

The opportunity we are looking for a customer service superstar who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. This position plays a key role in helping to shape every person's experience of Fresh Minds, ensuring everyone is treated with dignity and respect, and their enquiry responded to in a courteous and professional manner.

Working as part of a larger administration team, the Receptionist coordinates all front office/ reception services for the Fresh Minds office, ensuring all clients and visitors arriving at the office have a positive experience of the service.

The role also has an internal focus liaising with clinicians and communicating around client needs, as well as maintaining the company stationery stock, raising purchase orders and coordinating mail services, banking and reconciliations, daily invoicing, and providing general administrative support across the wider Fresh Minds business as required.

Key skills reception or front office experience. Familiarity with Medtech32 (PMS), however on-the-job training is available. Experience working with diverse populations. Experience working with medical professionals or similar environment is desirable. Strong customer service focus with ability to develop rapport. An understanding and sensitivity to working with all cultures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
