This role is key to contributing to their studio social committee, enjoy Friday get togethers, internal team events, monthly breakfasts and other team initiatives.

This studio is lively and your ability to pre-empt meeting room clashes, troubleshoot and provide solutions before they come into play will make the team’s day effortless. As there is a large scope to assist across business functions, your prioritisation skills are honed to what’s most important and time sensitive deadlines. You are experienced in the ebbs and flows of a corporate reception desk and make wise use of your time as the go-to person for all things team. This role is a great opportunity to support a brilliant studio, naturally developing your experience as time goes on.
A snapshot of your role welcome all clients and guests to the studio and be the first point of contact for all phone enquiries and company shared inboxes. Manage the studio’s five meeting rooms, ensuring booking requirements such as catering and IT are met whilst troubleshooting any clashes or potential problems before the meeting even begins.
Work with the studio social committee with event organisation and set for birthdays, monthly breakfasts, Friday drinks and lunches. Oversee studio inventory checks and order equipment and stock for stationery, IT, kitchen and other departments as needed. Assist the operations team with invoice reconciliation, petty cash handling, travel arrangements and any ad hoc administrative overflow
