About us Superior Training Centre (RTO ID 41122) - STC is a privately-operated RTO which is highly passionate about supporting the industry through the delivery of quality outcomes. STC has a strong cohort of domestic as well as international students. RTO is experiencing growth and looking for a Receptionist full-time.

About the role the successful applicant will be the first point of contact, receiving incoming calls and welcoming students and visitors to the office.

Focusing on excellence in high customer service, as well as traditional reception and administration duties, your key accountabilities will be to greeting and welcoming guests as soon as attendees arrive at the school.

Administrative support to other staff members. Printing, scanning, mailing, and filing documents in soft copy and hard copy when required, Data entry. Providing support with different school projects, as required. Diary management & arranging appointments. Directing and assisting incoming calls.

Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence. Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment, students materials and keeping an inventory of stock. Receiving and dispatching deliveries. Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis. Ensure that the reception area is always neat and presentable. Ensure school classrooms are tidy, presentable, and Covid Safe, with all necessary stationery.

About you availability to work in Ingleburn from Monday to Friday - 9 am to 5 pm. A high level of interpersonal skills. Good organisational skills and ability to work independently and prioritise workload. Good level of literacy skills, must be fluent in English without any difficulty. Exceptional attention to detail. Able to respond to changing needs of the service. Knowledge and awareness of current customer service principles and practice. Computer Skills Computer systems and applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
