Receptionist Lotus People location Sydney. $35 per hour + super.

Provide exceptional customer service working as a Receptionist, solving problems daily. Work at a highly regarded Sydney school in the Eastern Suburbs with access to stunning harbour views on site. Starting as a 2 month temporary role, with the potential to extend or even go permanent for the right candidate. $35 per hour + super, full time hours.

About the role in this role, you will provide essential support to the senior school reception, responding to telephone calls to the school and forwarding on to the appropriate division. You will assist with general enquiries over the phone as well as problem-solving on a daily basis! You will confidently manage incoming emails into the inbox and distribute to the relevant person. Starting as a two month temporary role, this role has potential to extend or go permanent for the right candidate.

Duties respond to incoming phone calls and forward to relevant departments. Answer queries over the phone as required and provide excellent customer service. Assist with general reception duties and welcome visitors. Book meeting rooms and assist with database maintenance.

Skills & experience to be successful in this role, you will be a professional and friendly candidate with experience working as a Receptionist. You will be a strong communicator and enjoy speaking to people and help problem solve. You will be empathetic in nature and confident in handling tricky conversations and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist or Receptionist within a school would be highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Receptionist. Experience answering incoming calls and transferring to relevant department. Excellent customer service skills. Good working knowledge of MS Office. Strong problem solving skills and be an excellent communicator.
