Receptionist In Balance Physio and Pilates location Sydney. $25 - $29.99 per hour.

We are an established Physio and Pilates Practice in Manly.  We are looking for a receptionist to join our friendly team on a Part-time basis. The Practice is located close to Ferry and bus transport. The culture of the practice is characterised by an environment where patients receive a high level of professional healthcare but in a relaxed, friendly and comforting manner. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, the ability to work independently and the desire to be part of an administration team. The role is maternity leave cover, for approximately 10 - 11 hours per week over 2 shifts on Thursday and Friday as well as 3 hours on Saturday mornings. The midweek shifts may involve starts as early as 8am and finished as late as 7 pm. The applicant would need flexibility to cover other days when Reception/admin staff are on annual or sick leave.

The role would include a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to the following job tasks and responsibilities front desk reception, providing a warm & welcoming environment. Greeting clients and being the first point of contact within the business, Answering calls. Processing patient email enquiries. Scheduling and effective management of patient appointments. Processing payments and receipting of consultations. Administering accounts and assisting in business development. Ensuring patient records are managed confidentially and efficiently. Updating website and social media as necessary.

Skills and experience experience working in a Medical or Allied Health Practice would be an advantage but is certainly not essential. Positive, friendly and professional manner. Excellent customer service and presentation. Excellent time management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Good level of computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft office.
