Their staff provides the highest possible standard of care to their customers and their locations and are looking for someone like-minded to join the mix. The role in this role you will work to provide excellent end to end guest experience, demonstrating your passion for all things people and hospitality.
You will be required to enter and update reservations, liaise with senior staff members and complete general administrative tasks in a professional manor. These administrative tasks include, but not limited to, the following.
Skills & experience experience in hotel customer service. Check Reservations for Correct Room Allocations with GSM & Front Desk. Develop an understanding of the hotel's product range and offer helpful explanations to guests and enquirers.
Develop and practice the marketing skills which seek to meet the customer's needs and sell the hotel's products. Highly developed written and oral communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously or within teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High organisational skills and ability to prioritise. Friendly approach and commitment to work.
