Day-to-day activities meeting and greeting walk in clients, managing inbound phone calls and inquiries and directing them where required, maintaining any advertising material including window displays, sales and rental & sale lists, providing administrative support for the sales team which includes advertising open-home times, producing brochures, and data entry, supporting the property management team with managing inquiries, inspection reports and preparing lease signing appointments, this is a varied role, and will see you always engaged in a new and challenging task, you will already have or have started, or be willing to attain and maintain your certificate of registration.
