Receptionist Melbourne City Toyota location Melbourne.

Energetic, friendly and inviting Receptionist required to greet our customers. As the front desk position of our business, you must have a great attitude, be well presented, well groomed and have strong interpersonal strengths both welcoming face to face and on the telephone, along with meeting and greeting customers, performing administrative duties and coordinating a busy reception desk.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong customer and team focus, be highly organised and be able to show initiative working independently and under direction.

Responsibilities answering incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional manner; Meeting and greeting customers; General administration duties and assisting the sales teams; offering exceptional customer service.

Skills and characteristics enjoy working in a team environment, energetic with an exceptionally good attitude; Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to assist others; Professional communication; Strong time management skills; Impeccably groomed.

Working Hours and days shifts of 27.5 hours per week, working Monday, Wednesday and Saturday's or Monday, Friday and Saturday's from 8:30am to 6:00pm. Availability to work extra days from time to time to cover leave days would also be an advantage and regarded as overtime.
