Matamata Medical Centre is located in the thriving rural community of Matamata in the Waikato. Notable for its centrality, Matamata is on the Hauraki Plains bounded by the beautiful Kaimai Ranges and has close proximity to major centres, ski fields and beaches. Matamata boasts high quality housing and is a family-oriented community.

This well-established, privately owned general practice providing patient care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We are in the Pohlen Medical Complex, a facility which includes a hospital for local care provision, onsite Pharmacy, Radiology and Phlebotomy service.

We are looking for a permanent part time, customer service focussed, receptionist to join our team.  Receptionist roles are pivotal in our medical centre, being the first point of contact for many of our patients in need.  They are the welcoming face for our patients, their families and whānau.

If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy environment, we would like to hear from you.  What we are looking for experience in administration and working in teams.

A professional attitude, great customer service and an eye for detail. Enjoy working in a diverse environment. Proficient computer skills. Decision making and problem-solving skills. Experience using MedTech software would be advantageous, but not essential.
