About the company advanced Health Services is a multi-disciplinary medical group with centres across Sydney, offering a wide range of health services. In addition GP clinics, our centres boast a full dental clinic, pathology removed, radiology, pharmacy, allied health and specialist services.

About the opportunity we are looking for dynamic, passionate, and experienced Receptionists to work alongside our fantastic team of highly experienced doctors, registered nurses, administrative and allied health staff. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Sydney Practices.

Core responsibilities demonstrated patient-focused approach in service provision with genuine empathy and interest in their needs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Always be well-presented, friendly, courteous and obliging.

Represent the practice in a confident and positive manner at all times. Undertake all duties in a diligent manner, with honesty and integrity. Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding patient and practice information.

Have a vigilant attitude to accuracy, being prepared to double check as necessary. Work cooperatively and independently. Demonstrate ability to prioritise and organise. Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development.

Essential criteria previous medical receptionist experience. Good working knowledge of Medicare billings. Strength in building customer and stakeholder relationships. Ability to work under pressure.

Demonstrated patient-focused approach in service provision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work all shifts. 1 permanent shift per week, then sick, holiday and when needed relief.
