Receptionist Harmonise HR location Adelaide.

Permanent Part Time Receptionist (35 hours per week - Located in Eastern Suburbs). (Full Time may be considered for the right person). Perhaps you possess prior experience in the animal care industry or are enthusiastic about applying your exemplary receptionist skills in a new environment. If necessary, training will be provided to ensure you are supported.

As we have recently transitioned to a state-of-the-art facility, we are currently seeking a highly talented receptionist to join our team and contribute to our success. You will provide invaluable support to a small but busy practice that is deeply committed to delivering exceptional medical care and services to our valued clients and their beloved pets.

You will be working Monday to Friday (No weekends here.) To ensure fairness we provide 3 morning shifts and 2 afternoon shifts in week 1 and 2 morning shifts and 3 afternoon shifts in week 2. Morning shifts start at 7.45am and finish at 3.45pm – so you can still enjoy life outside of work.

Afternoon shifts start at 11.00am and finish at 7.00pm – so you can sleep in, or enjoy an early morning gym session. You will be supported by 2 dedicated vets and 7 support staff. You will be paid above award (depending on experience). You will be provided a uniform.

You will be provided support and training so you become knowledgeable in all things veterinary related to your role. We have weekly team meetings to ensure we share our knowledge and ideas. About you must have reception experience (veterinary or medical will be highly regarded). You must have some experience and be familiar with practice management software (or be someone who can learn quickly). You are a confident communicator, and pride yourself on your natural bubbly nature, quickly building trust with our clients and their beloved pets.

You love that no two days will be the same and are a jack of all trades. You are a great listener with the ability to collaborate, cooperate and compromise. People are drawn to you for your warm, engaging communication style – even when conversations are tough. You like opportunities to have regular feedback from your employer so you can grow.

You have a great sense of humour – to help keep up the team spirit on the days when things are tough. You are motivated, focused, passionate and assertive – but know when to ask for help. Physical ability to sit for long periods.
