About the role we are currently seeking a positive, self-motivated and well organised receptionist/administration support officer to join our team based in our Head Office at Prestons. Our ideal candidate will possess corporate exposure, fantastic customer service skills, the ability to take ownership of the role and be adaptable, flexible and creative.

As our front of house Receptionist/Administration support Officer you will coordinate and be accountable for all Reception tasks including maintain a neat and tidy reception area at all times. Attending to and screening incoming telephone & email enquiries. Meet & greet all clients, staff and guests of being the first point of contact for our company. Management of all ingoing and outgoing mail. Maintaining the reception, boardroom and kitchen areas. Ordering office stationary and equipment. Providing administrative support to the team as required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must have current drivers licence. Proven ability to self-motivate, work autonomously and problem solve in a highly efficient manner.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy, confidentiality, reliability and flexibility. Demonstrated understanding of sustainability through contributing to more efficient workplace processes. Must have experience using microsoft office including word, excel, outlook etc.
