Receptionist Align Health location Waikato.

Align Health is the new name for Anglesea Clinic Physiotherapy & Hand Therapy. We're expanding and looking for an outstanding healthcare receptionist / administrator to join our friendly team. Key to this role is an ability to deliver first class, front line reception and administration services, ensuring the smooth running of the front-of-house operations. The ability to multi-task is crucial, as is the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Excellent computer skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office programs is essential and experience in medical or healthcare reception / administration is preferred.

This is a part time role across four days / week with hours as follows Monday 7.30 – 5.00pm, Tuesday 9.30 – 6.30pm, Wednesday 8.30 – 5.00pm, Thursday 9.30 – 5.00pm. This role will include cover for leave for other administrative staff, so flexibility in working days / times and a willingness to take on extra hours from time to time is essential.

Key attributes you will bring to this role great sense of humour and ability to thrive in a dynamic, busy team environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral. A professional personal presentation. The ability to deal with people of all ages and backgrounds in a respectful, calm and caring manner.

Knowledge of a patient management system (Gensolve or similar). Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Suite (word, excel, outlook). Professionalism in all admin and reception duties. Accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Excellent organisation skills and multi-tasking. Meticulous attention to detail. Punctuality and good time management. Start date – as soon as possible.
