Receptionist Ms Plus Ltd location Sydney.

As a frontline contact of MS Plus, we are looking for a welcoming and enthusiastic individual to ensure callers to MS Plus, along with visitors to our recently opened new Lidcombe Wellbeing Centre, have a positive experience whenever they contact us. You will provide efficient, effective and timely office management and administration support to meet the needs of the executive office.

Your responsibilities as a Business Support/Receptionist some of your key responsibilities would include providing front of house reception, including receiving, directing and assisting visitors, EFTPOS/HICAPS payments, taxi bookings.

Managing incoming calls as part of the Contact Centre and transferring all calls to appropriate staff. Providing support and coordination in relation to Respite bookings. As part of the CEO Administration team, arrange and book travel for staff. Coordinating the purchase of stationery and office supplies. Providing administrative support to the Operations and Office Manager. Office management support as required.

Skills and experience essential strong Customer Service skills. High levels of computer literacy. Be able to work autonomously. Have a high level of attention to detail. The ability to develop rapport & effective relationships with staff & visitors alike. 5+ years’ experience in similar roles. Desirable hold a Cert III or above in Business Administration or equivalent.

Pre-employment checks if successful, you will need to complete a National Police Check, Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Check (and possibly an International Police Check).

We provide evidence-based advice, information, education, employment support, and around the clock support through our residential care services, as well as contributing funds to MS research.
