Receptionist Graham Consulting Christchurch location Canterbury. $24 – $26 per hour.

Immediate starts available, Full-time positions, 1-4 week long assignments.

About our new opportunities we are currently on the lookout for some dedicated and switched-on receptionists to help us out with some upcoming temporary roles assisting some well-known Christchurch organisations.

The firms span industries and include professional services, not-for-profit and so forth. These roles will allow you to work in a busy environment where you will have the ability to further grow your skill set. Length of these assignments vary; from 1-4 weeks, some even have the potential to turn into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Does this sound like you previous experience in a reception. Takes pride in professional presentation. Driven and motivated attitude. High level of people and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritise, take initiative and multitask. A natural communicator whether on the phone or in person.

About the roles answering and transferring incoming calls through the switchboard. Meeting and greeting customers. Direct any foot traffic to the correct department or staff member, Stock ordering. Keeping communal areas tidy. Document preparation and administration support. Ad-hoc office duties.
