Baradene College of the Sacred Heart is a place of academic, sporting and cultural excellence. We are a high performing Catholic school (maximum roll 1300, Year 7 – 13) with girls who are motivated to learn. Our school is both innovative and traditional, where we help girls develop skills for their future. Support for the Special Character of the school, a satisfactory police vetting result and permanent NZ residency will be a condition of appointment.

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist for our school, to provide a warm and professional experience to our students, families and visitors. The position is for four days per week during term time (8am to 4pm) commencing at the beginning of Term 3 Monday 26 July 2021.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be warm, welcoming and empathetic, have a can-do attitude, have a calm, friendly and professional manner, be reliable and punctual.

The skills you will bring are an experienced receptionist with great attention to detail and accuracy, outstanding organisational skills, the ability to effectively problem-solve and find solutions with a smile, computer savvy with the ability to pick up new systems/software, excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, the ability to be adaptable and capable of multi-tasking, proven administrative skills with attention to detail, competence with the MS Office suite.
