Reception or Junior Conveyancer LJ Hooker Settlements location Perth.

LJ Hooker Settlements looking for a gun Receptionist that likes to be busy & wants the opportunity to grow as a Conveyancer to join our friendly & supportive team. Training will be provided, however the right candidate would need to have a minimum of 1 - 2 years of working as a receptionist, working in a real estate/legal office or conveyancing office, or having any legal or conveyancing/banking experience or real estate contract & title experience is an advantage but not essential.

We understand not many firms provide this sort of training where we pay you to learn. Daily tasks include answering phones, entering contracts into our data base, advising rating authorites of the change of ownership & eventually moving on to preparing documents for clients and learning the settlement process from beginning to end. We have trained many conveyancers in our industry and it has been rewarding for many who some have even gone on to owning their own businesses. LJ Hooker Settlements is situated in the Perth CBD and close to all public transport. This position is full time, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm.
