We are looking for an experienced Reception/Administration officer to join our Administration team. The position will be located within our Marian Grove Independent Living Village but there may be times where support may be required at our Mater Christi Residential Aged Care Facility. These offices are located within the same complex.
The roles will involve reception and liaison with new and existing residents of Marian Grove and Mater Christi. Collaboration with staff at all levels of the organisation including Senior Management, Clinical and Village Management, Sales, Home Care and Operations. The role will be varied and include a focus on process review and improvement to ensure that SCC remains compliant with various legislative frameworks.
What We Need from you 1 - 2 years’ experience in a Reception/Administration position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in the use of Customer Relationship Management Systems. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. photocopiers and printers). Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. Professional attitude and appearance. Solid written and verbal communication skills.

The requirements for this role are outlined in the position description & include front of house reception at our Marian Grove office. General administrative functions including, phone answering, visitor screening, stationary supplies and room preparation for functions.
Assistance with Village Support services including transport and volunteer services. Collaboration with the Village Manager to support projects and events within the Village. Preparation of documentation for internal and external distribution. Liaison with SCC residents ensuring the highest level of customer service. Previous experience in a similar position will be highly regarded.
