Reception or Administration Assistant Phoenix Building Approvals location Sydney.

Phoenix Building Approvals Pty Ltd is a Building Certification and Building Code Consulting Company based in Castle Hill. We are looking at hiring a Receptionist or Administration person to join our team.

Duties include but are not limited to answer phone and take enquiries. Liaise with clients and staff, Type Approvals. Produce Fee Proposals and Invoices. Enter new Jobs into BCS software. Handle Daily Mail. Managing Applications coming through the NSW Planning Portal. Miscellaneous Admin duties supporting staff.

The successful applicant must be competent in Microsoft Office, BCS (Building Certification System).

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills – verbal and written. Have an excellent telephone manner – with fluent English. Be highly organised & a quick learner. Have great presentation. Have attention to detail. Have a happy and positive attitude, be punctual, be a team player, have a NSW Drivers Licence and car.

Experience minimum of one to two years of experience in similar role essential. Applicants with experience working with Building Surveyors are preferred but not essential.

Work type or hours Full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00 pm.
