Reception and Administration Assistant Quantum Health location Gold Coast.

Physio Labs is a vibrant and rapidly growing company with three locations - Ormeau, Coolangatta and Pine Rivers/Strathpine.  We are seeking a wonderful person to join our Reception team at the Ormeau clinic. Our Ormeau office employs two other Receptionists. However, you will also connect closely with the team of six Receptionists in total across all our sites. We work together as a team to manage bookings and patients across all locations.

We are offering a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. Physio Lab's Admin/Receptionist shift hours fall between 6:30am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday, and 7:00am to 1:00pm Saturdays. You'll need to be available for these shifts across this span of hours as needed. This role will involve sharing an alternating Saturday shift with our other Receptionists.

You will undertake the following welcome our wonderful patients and administer waiting room procedures. Be a friendly, warm and approachable presence for patients who visit our clinic. Manage appointments using our online patient management system. Answer the phone promptly and professionally.

Handle medical information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Scan and file documents and patient results. Ensure the reception and waiting room/front of house are clean and fully stocked at all times. Handle cash, EFTPOS, HICAPS, TYRO and other payments.
