About the opportunity we are looking for a part-time Reception & Administration Assistant (40 hours per fortnight) to join our team in our head office located in Bella Vista. The hours require the candidate to work Monday to Friday, 10am – 2pm.

The successful candidate should be experienced, reliable, highly motivated and energetic. We are looking for someone who works well within a team and will contribute to our positive culture. You will be responsible for providing the highest level of service to our stakeholders whilst maintaining administration support.

About You experience in reception and administration support. Excellent phone manner i.e. clear and confident speaking voice. Capable of managing multiple calls and prioritisation of tasks. Computer literate with capability in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and other related applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated attention to detail and effective time management skills. Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality. Commitment to the rights of people with disability. Remuneration Level 2 of the SCHADS Award. In addition Salary Packaging is available to the successful.
