Reception and Admin Assistant Network RV Pty Ltd location Melbourne.

Network RV is a fast-growing Caravan manufacturer located in Epping. We build quality caravans for the Australian and Overseas markets. We are seeking a Reception & Admin assistant to join our team and grow with our company. You will be the the first point of contact, this position will also support the administration departments and handle day to day reception duties. You will have a direct impact in the growth and success of the company in this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence.

Performing ad-hoc administration duties. Assist relevant departments with administrative duties from accounts, planning, purchasing and general admin. Working with company documents and practices to perform duties for departments. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and caravan brochures). Arranging dispatch / post.

To be successful in this role you will need good command of the English language both written and verbal. Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook etc). Experience with MYOB would be advantageous but not required. Strong customer service skills. Have great planning / organizational and time skills. Work in a team environment as well as working alone. Be able to problem solve logically and quickly. Handle a fast past environment. Be willing to learn and be able to adapt, Be self motivated. Be able to work full time Monday to Friday.
