This is an excellent opportunity for a Reception Admin Superstar who enjoys and will thrive in a fast paced environment. You are reliable, with a mature attitude and love working with people. This established and growing training company offers a path into a real estate career. You will enjoy liaising with and assisting adult students, and will love adding value to this business with your great admin skills and can do attitude.

Reception based, you will assist with student queries, make outbound calls, greet visitors, manage emails, update database, assist with training and enrolments, and general administration. You will need proficient MS Office skills, although not essential, any experience in Xero, Adobe, Google Docs could be useful. Clear communication and a bright confident personality is a must. Your love for learning and variety while contributing within a team will see you grow and develop.

Benefits Rocklea location, parking available. Mon – Fri 8:30am-5pm, permanent job, 1 hour for lunch. Gym membership on site after probation. A growing company offering a career and growth. A negotiable salary with a 6 month review.
