Description
Reception, sales and Floor staff Dedicated Fitness Southbank location Brisbane. $30 – $38 per hour.
Dedicated Fitness has recently opened in South Bank and is the first of its kind in Australia. The successful applicant will need to be experienced all-rounders capable of dealing with situations as they arise in a dynamic health club. For the right individual, there are opportunities for career advancement.
Reception responsibilities provide personalised service to all members and guests of the club. To maintain and ensure a high level of customer service. Take full responsibility for greeting, directing and assisting all customers while maintaining quality customer service standards.
Obtain feedback from members regarding the quality of the service provided and escalate relevant information to the Management for action. Assist members and guests in a courteous and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Maximizing sale opportunities by utilising promotion campaigns, member referrals and following up self-generated leads
Requirements desirable 1- 2 years + working in a customer centric organisation, industry and role (hospitality, retail, insurance etc). Managment experience is desirable. A high level of attention to detail in all aspects. Working in an organisation or industry where brand and operational standards are seen as crucial to their success
First Aid & CPR Qualified necessary experience with membership sales and operation is advantageous, however all training will be provided to the successful applicants at our Club on the Gold Coast and on site in south Brisbane. Monday-Sunday, approximately 26-30+ hours per week, morning and evening shifts 7 days. (staffed hours 9am-730pm).
