Reception Private Advertiser location Gosford and Central Coast.
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Receptionist/Office All Rounder at our busy sales yard. In this varied role you will be responsible for providing high quality reception, administrative support and registering of new and used caravans & motor homes. This position is Monday - Friday 9am – 4pm.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to report directly to General Manager. Managing the phone system in a pleasant manner and directing calls to appropriate person/department. Secretarial duties including incoming emails, typing of correspondence, daily banking, upkeep of staff amenities. Motor trade experience desirable.
Registration of new and used caravans & motor homes both online and at RMS Office. PPSR Searches on used stock acquired. Preparation for major trade (caravan & camping) shows. Use of industry specific software. Support in managing the administration of new, current and prospective customers. Receiving payments from customers. Ability to work unsupervised.
Ability to work under pressure. Exceptional computer skills are essential for this position, including Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Office 2016. Immediate Start required. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, high attention to detail, outstanding verbal & written communication skills and strong time management skills.
