We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual, with an interest in real estate, to join our boutique agency part-time, as a Receptionist/ Office Admin. Zoom Real Estate is a fast-paced, energetic real estate agency experiencing growth and exposure in Burwood, and the surrounds. With a focus on customer service, integrity, work ethic and results, we are looking for the right candidate who, too, holds these values.

About the role as this is a client facing role, you will be expected to exercise a high degree of professionalism, customer service and support for both our customers and staff.

Some of your key responsibilities will include (and are not limited to) answering and directing calls, answering enquiries, taking messages. Meeting and greeting clients, staff, and visitors. Property Management administration. Taking rental applications. Managing the calendar, particularly for Saturday opens for inspection. Uploading and updating properties online. Managing the front desk, including management of stationery and supplies. Ad hoc admin duties, tasks, and projects.

The successful candidate will ideally possess a positive, can-do attitude and work well under pressure. Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, customers, and senior staff. Intermediate to excellent computer skills and an understanding of Microsoft applications. Be very well presented.
