The role as a marketing and sales manager, you will be responsible for supporting our experienced sales team with strong market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, high quality customer service and a track record of success. We will train you to become an astute marketing and sales administrator – experiences is desirable but not necessary, just bring a hunger to succeed and a willingness to learn. Day to day duties diary and meeting management, assisting with the coordination of marketing materials for properties such as brochures, website listings and signboards, preparing and launching marketing materials for properties, crm database management, liaising with vendors, purchases, solicitors and local councils, preparing submissions for potential venders, general administration duties within the team. To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes hold a current real estate certificate of registration or license, desirably have worked within the real estate sector, proficient in microsoft office applications, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and organisational skills, possess a strong work ethic.
