The role the role will lead and support the delivery of projects in the rail sector predominantly through track engineering while managing project performance and pipeline, profit, and margin of the portfolio.

This role will include technical development, design, engineering, quality assurance, related field work, planning activities, progress reporting and implementation of planned work schedules. There will be a requirement to supervise large scale civil works with interpretation of investigations that enable proposed recommendations and corrective actions. Above all the role will be a safety leader through implementation and adherence to safety plans HSE legislation, codes, and practices.

The candidate the role requires a personable individual that is passionate about the rail industry through the application of their technical knowledge.  This role will suit a positive, self-driven individual that enjoys building and managing client relationships whilst delivering specialist results.

Washington Accord recognised Degree Qualification in Civil Engineering or Rail Engineering. Holds CPEng or equivalent is highly advantageous. 5+ years experience working in track engineering. Strong communication and influencing skills. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. High level of computer literacy. Understands responsibilities under HSE Act 2015.
