Join Our team quantity Surveyor – Precast Concrete, location Selwyn, industry precast Concrete Construction.

We are a leading precast concrete business looking to add the right person to our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic company and contribute to some of the South Islands most exciting infrastructure and building projects.

Key responsibilities prepare accurate cost estimates for precast concrete projects. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Provide advice on cost control, procurement, and contract administration. Collaborate closely with all members of our team. Monitor project progress and report on financial status. Assist with contract negotiations and risk management.

Skills & experience ideally you will have experience in precast concrete or similar construction sectors. Strong understanding of New Zealand construction regulations and standards. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite. A Quantity Surveying or Related qualification (or relatable equivalent experience). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
