Junior Quantity Surveyor (A1 Main con), 5 days, 8.30am- 6pm, Address Jurong Gateway Road, Salary $2800 - $3800. Job description contract administration for client, consultants, sub- contractor.

Assist contract team on quantity take offs, estimation, prepare tender  submission, cost planning, sourcing sub-contractors, forecast budgeting,  variation orders, final account. Preparation of Monthly Progress Claim to Client and Sub-Contractors. Preparation for Payment Response to sub- contractor and suppliers.

Requirements degree on Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Construction Engineering. Min 1 year of working experience in local building projects. Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline. Good technical knowledge and well versed in interpretation of drawings.
