About the role as a Factory Hand / Quality Controller, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality and contributing to the efficient operation of our factory. Your main responsibilities will include quality Control Inspecting completed lounge, sofa, and chair productions to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Wrapping Carefully wrapping completed furniture to protect it during transit and delivery. Cushion Filling Filling seating cushions to go on to sofas. Factory Maintenance Keeping the factory clean and organised to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

What We’re Looking for, we’re seeking a team player who is reliable, with a strong work ethic. Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high quality. Physically fit, as some lifting and manual handling is required. Enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills. No prior upholstery experience is required, but a genuine interest in the craft and the furniture industry will be highly regarded.
