Job description ensure daily food quality and safety checks are in place, checklists completed and submitted, execute and monitor procedures related to daily production, monitor process flows and ensure its compliance, plan and monitor shelf life studies for products, conduct risk assessment profiling, assist with customer complaints or feedbacks and when microbiological limits have deviated, Practice and conduct ISO 22000, GMP and local authorities' requirements (AVA/NEA/MUIS) training for relevant staff by Q1 2020, evaluate the services of sub-contracted services, rg inspection on weekly basis, location Pasir Panjang, salary $3,200 to $4,000 (depends on experience).
