As we continue to grow, we have a vacancy for a Quality Administrator to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site in New Lynn, Auckland. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.

About the role this role reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and you will use your exceptional eye for details to facilitate product quality and assure consistent quality of production to meet our customer requirements and Food Safety compliance. You will have the chance to make a real difference by contributing and adding value through improved processes, systems, practices, and providing key input into Quality Assurance objectives and direction.

Key tasks include conduct QC patrol checks & product measurement/function tests as specified in our Company procedures. Collect and analyse quality data to ensure compliance and identify areas of improvement; prepare reports to communicate quality and food safety outcomes.

Undertake data compilation for KPI reports, monthly/weekly reports, etc. Work with the Quality Assurance Manager and Production Manager to monitor ASPECT production records system; to establish procedures, standards, systems, and identify opportunities for production process improvements.

Ensure the microbiological testing programme is effectively undertaken and any out of condition issues are appropriately actioned and reported. Ensure QC lab and testing equipment are in calibration, in good working order and suitable for use. Work with the senior production team member on investigating quality issue, prepare CAR (Corrective Action Request) report and respond to our customer. Work with the Quality Assurance Manger to provide refresh trainings to the team when needed.

About you at least 1 years working experience in quality related job function. Graduates welcome. High attention to detail. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the highest standard of quality. Reliable work ethic and attitude.
