We are looking to expand our team to include an experienced qualified carpenter with a residential construction background and a minimum of 3-5 years NZ residential construction experience. You would be reporting directly to the Construction Manager.

Responsibilities proven background within residential/architectural designed houses. Self-driven and achieve deadlines. Measure and order materials. Strong communication and people management skills. Good problem-solving skills. Train and manage apprentices. A positive attitude and great communication.

Experience required you need to have at least 3-5 years of NZ residential site experience. Able to build rapport with staff and site contractors. A flexible and co-operative attitude with a willingness to learn. Pro-active and able to work well under pressure. Licensed Building Practitioner (LPB) would be an advantage. Experience with new build projects (from consent to foundation and then handover).
