Our Company is an established wholesale bakery in Carlisle, specialising in Artisan Breads. We are looking for a qualified bakers and experienced baker hands who are passionate about producing quality products to join our artisan team.

This is a varied role and includes baking a large variety of products, weighing of ingredients, making scratch dough, hand moulding of pizza bases and other breads, oven work and deck baking, inventory management, ensure high quality standard of all products.

The successful candidates will be competent in all aspects of baking, have a sound knowledge of dough types, including sourdough, be able to work within HACCP guidelines, maintain high quality standards, possess strong work ethics, be reliable, punctual and hardworking, be available during weekends, have good interpersonal and communication skills.
