We’re seeking a knowledgeable and experienced QHSE Advisor to help us review, refine, and elevate our current systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously and wants to have a tangible impact, without being locked into a full-time schedule.

The Role:

Based in our Parramatta office, this is a part time role which will provide flexible hours and days to suit your lifestyle. We initially see this role commencing as 1 day a fortnight, or 1 day per week, and are open to discussing this with the right candidate.

You'll work closely with senior management to:

Assess and evaluate our existing QHSE frameworks.
Identify compliance gaps and areas for improvement.
Provide practical, tailored advice on system upgrades and documentation.
Help us stay aligned with industry best practices and legislative requirements.
This role will suit:

A consultant wanting to take on a consistent, part time advisory role.
You will Bring:

Proven experience in QHSE advisory, auditing or compliance (ideally within security, facilities or similar industries).
Solid understanding of WHS legislation, ISO standards, and risk management.
Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
The ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
The ability to work independently and proven experience with efficient change management.
