Leading Semiconductor Mfg MNC. 5 days / Woodlands (Transport provided at Woodlands / Sengkang and Tampines MRT). Min 1 year QA/ QC working experience in machine shop, assembly clean rooms in semi-conductor or similar industry. This is a 6 months contract with benefits and completion bonus. Our client , a Leading Semiconductor Mfg MNC.

Job requirement Diploma/ ITE in any engineering studies. Min 1 year QA/ QC working experience in machine shop, assembly clean rooms in semi-conductor or similar industry. Must be able to read and apply production instructions, drawings, BOM schematics, and specifications in a proficient level. Proficient in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance).

Able to read and interpret specifications, standards and engineering drawings/Blue Prints. Proficient in mechanical measurement techniques and workmanship standards related to machining and secondary processes such as: paint, power coat, plating, etc. Proficient with weld symbols, call-outs, wiring and/or crimping requirements. Proficiency using hand held tools (micrometers, calipers, Optical Comparator and other measuring and test equipment.

Able to proficiently operate CMM’s and perform basic “CMM” measurement. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and database software. Must be able to work overtime and shift as per required. This is a 6 months contract with benefits and completion bonus.

Job scope ensure that products meet standards of quality and safety. Responsible for performing inspections, checks and tests for quality control for the manufacture of products. Performs mechanical inspection to ensure all quality aspects of the job are met exactly. Inspection of raw materials, components, fabricated/manufactured parts & assemblies. First Piece/First Article, Receiving/incoming inspection, in-process, final inspection. Read and interpret information from engineering drawings, travelers, specifications and other documents to generate a complete and precise inspection report/record.

Other information due to covid 19, the working hour tentatively will be allocated either : 6.45am to 2.45pm / 3pm to 11pm/ 8.30pm to 5.30am / 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri) - Supervisor will allocate the fix shift timing on the 1st day of work. Woodlands (Transport provided at Woodlands / Sengkang and Tampines MRT). Basic salary is up to $2200  + OT Pay + shift allowance = Gross around $2500 - $2800.
