Purchase to Pay Specialist Kainga Ora location Auckland.

Located in the Heart of Manukau | Close to public transport. Flexible / Hybrid working encouraged. Fixed term opportunity through until 22nd Dec 2023. Rate of pay is $66,735 + 5 weeks' leave and a suite of free insurances.

We are looking for our next Purchase to Pay Specialist! Our P2P team are no ordinary Accounts Payable we are so unique and are responsible for so much more; we look after all the Supplier master data; Raising requisitions and purchase orders, Invoice processing and provide support and assist training activities for users and suppliers across the organization.

What you will bring Diploma in Accounting/Business or equivalent education/experience. 2+ years' experience in a Purchase to Pay role, or strong SME knowledge. High volume experience and ability to manage complex situations having worked within a large Shared Service function. Experience in an ERP procurement environment, ideally Oracle. Knowledge of Government procurement rules is desirable. Advanced Excel skills is desirable. Attention to detail.
