About us Lead The Way Australia is a small organisation offering both clinical services and training in animal assisted therapy. We provide psychology and counselling to individuals and families via our clinic. We also provide training options for therapy dogs, emotional support dogs, and assistance dogs via our Institute. Qualifications & experience the candidate will have experience in working with the public in a customer service/ front of house role and will have an excellent customer service record. Excellent communication skills and empathy for working with diverse and/or vulnerable clients. Skills and experience with systems and administration, including IT literacy and the ability to learn new software.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability, including accurate record keeping. The ability to work with a high level of independence and remotely from your own home location. Previous experience in medical/psychology reception and an interest in support animals and the human-animal bond is an advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities this is a part-time "on-call" reception and administration role, 0.5 FTE with work from home flexibility. You will be available between the hours of 9am to 5pm on rostered days (currently Monday and Tuesday) to accept incoming client calls, and manage bookings and enquiries. You will provide administrative support to psychologists and trainers as required.
