At Anxiety House in Bulimba we offer a professional and dedicated approach to enriching the lives of our clients. We are currently looking for an outstanding receptionist to be an integral part of our fun and friendly team.

Your role will be to provide a high level of confidential support to our clinicians who have a passion for supporting each other and their clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and demonstrate a professional and positive approach.

You will be required to work independently ensuring our valued clients experience a warm and welcoming environment. The successful candidate will be offered regular shifts 3-4 days a week and must be flexible across the entire week to cover sick / annual leave

Key attributes, skills and responsibilities will include experience as a receptionist is essential, whilst experience in a psychology/allied health/medical clinic would be highly regarded. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task.

Proficient use of medical software packages (Powerdiary preferred, but not essential). Managing incoming correspondence, recording detailed messages and assisting clients with general enquiries.

Maintaining electronic record management systems, client computerised appointments, billing systems, waitlists and diary management. Providing high levels of customer service and communication when working with clients and clinicians.

Assisting with general duties to maintain a high level of professionalism within the clinic. You should have an intrinsic desire to care for people by nature and be compassionate, patient and resilient to create a calm, relaxing haven where clients feel supported.
